What data we process
- Browsing data. Like any web server, the systems operating this website record certain technical data: IP address, date and time of request, requested page and browser type. These data are used solely to operate and protect the website, not to identify or profile visitors.
- Data you provide. If you email or call us, we process the information you provide (such as your name, email address, company, telephone number and the content of your request).
Why we process data and on what legal basis

We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell it to third parties.
How long we retain data
Contact request data are retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, if a contractual relationship is established, for the statutory retention period applicable to the related records. Who can access the data
Data are processed by authorized Radix S.r.l. personnel and service providers (such as website hosting and email providers) appointed as processors under Article 28 GDPR. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are subject to the safeguards provided under Articles 44–49 GDPR, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
